What is Generally Allowed
We welcome legitimate listings that respect our community standards:
Legitimate goods, products, vehicles, properties, and lawful services
Accurate, truthful descriptions detailing actual condition and specifications
Real, authentic photos of the actual item being sold where practical
Selecting the most appropriate category and subcategory for your listing
Respectful, courteous communication with other buyers and sellers
One genuine listing per item (unless validly renewing or updating)

What is Strictly Prohibited
To protect our community, the following items, services, and behaviors are prohibited:
Counterfeits & Fraud
- Counterfeit items, replica luxury brands, and fake documentation
- Deceptive financial schemes, pyramid offers, or investment scams
- Phishing attempts, advance-fee fraud, and payment deception
Weapons & Controlled Substances
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, and dangerous weapons
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, prescription medicines, and controlled substances
- Hazardous chemical, toxic, or regulated biological substances
Spam & Deceptive Listings
- Duplicate ads, repeated multi-category spam, or bulk flood listings
- Misleading prices (e.g. 1 DH placeholders, false price baiting)
- Hidden defects or intentionally deceptive specifications
Abuse & Inappropriate Content
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive conduct
- Explicit sexual content, adult services, or non-consensual imagery
- Violence, animal cruelty, or glorification of dangerous acts
Privacy & Impersonation
- Publishing personal data, private contact info, or doxxing others
- Impersonating another individual, entity, or brand without authorization
- External links designed solely to redirect visitors off the platform

Listing Quality Rules
High-quality listings attract serious buyers and sell faster. Make sure your ad meets these standards:

Accurate Category
Place your ad in the specific category that best matches your product or service.

Clear, Informative Title
State the brand, model, and item name clearly without repetitive exclamation marks or symbols.

Honest Description
Disclose any wear, defect, or missing parts openly to avoid disputes.

Realistic Pricing
State the true asking price. Avoid confusing symbolic prices that mislead buyers.

Relevant Images
Use clear, well-lit photos. Do not use watermarked images taken from competitors or search engines.

No Keyword Stuffing
Do not pad your description with long lists of unrelated keywords or competitor brand names.

Moderation Actions
When listings or accounts violate our rules, AZIFO may take appropriate corrective action:
Hiding or Removing Content
Non-compliant listings may be unpublished or permanently removed without prior warning.
Requesting Edits
We may ask sellers to modify photos, adjust pricing, or correct category placement.
Visibility Restrictions
Listings flagged for quality concerns may be deprioritized in search and discovery feeds.
Account-Level Measures
AZIFO may restrict access, disable messaging, or take other appropriate account-level action where supported.
Evidence & Logging
We maintain moderation logs and records where necessary to protect community safety and comply with applicable laws.
Reporting Violations
Help us keep AZIFO clean and safe.
If you notice an ad that violates these guidelines, appears fraudulent, or presents prohibited goods, please report it immediately using the report tools available on listing pages.
If you experience abusive or suspicious behavior in direct chat, you can block or report the user directly, or get in touch with our team.
