Welcome to Azifo (the “Platform”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Azifo. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Azifo is operated by AZIFO LLC (Registered Agents Inc), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Azifo is a marketplace that allows users to publish listings and communicate with other users. Unless explicitly stated, Azifo is not the seller, buyer, or owner of items listed by users, and Azifo is not a party to transactions between users.

Definitions

“Platform” means the Azifo website and related services. “User” means any person who accesses or uses Azifo. “Listing” means any advertisement or offer posted on Azifo. “Content” includes text, images, videos, and any other materials submitted by users. “Seller” means a user offering an item or service. “Buyer” means a user interested in purchasing an item or service. “Message” means any chat or communication sent through Azifo.

1) Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the legal age in your country to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users and the Platform, or if we believe there has been a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

2) Listings and user content

When you post Content (including titles, descriptions, images, videos, and contact details), you confirm that you own the rights to that Content or have permission to use it, and that your Content is accurate and not misleading. You agree not to post Content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.

You grant Azifo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your Content on the Platform for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting Azifo. You can remove your Listing Content at any time, subject to reasonable technical and legal limitations, and subject to our need to retain certain records for compliance, security, and dispute resolution.

3) Prohibited items and behavior

You must not use Azifo to post, request, promote, sell, or facilitate any item or Content that is illegal, unsafe, or prohibited under applicable laws or these Terms. This includes, for example:

• Illegal goods and services, including stolen property, counterfeit products, forged documents, or illegal services.

• Fraud and scams, including misleading Listings, fake offers, impersonation, phishing, or attempts to move users off-platform for suspicious payments.

• Weapons and dangerous items, including firearms, ammunition, explosives, and restricted weapons where prohibited or restricted by law.

• Drugs and controlled substances, including illegal drugs and regulated substances where not permitted by law.

• Hate, harassment, and violent threats, including discriminatory Content, bullying, intimidation, or threats.

• Sexual and explicit content, including pornography or sexual services, and any Content involving exploitation.

• Privacy violations, including doxxing, sharing personal data of others without consent, or non-consensual images.

• Malicious or abusive activity, including hacking, viruses, scraping, spam, fake accounts, or manipulating views, karma, ratings, or engagement metrics.

• Infringing Content, including Content that violates intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks), or uses someone else’s brand in a misleading way.

You must also follow any category rules and safety guidelines published on Azifo.

Enforcement: We may remove or edit Listings, reduce visibility, disable features (including messaging), restrict access, or suspend/terminate accounts if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, a legal requirement, or a risk to users or the Platform. We may preserve information and cooperate with authorities where required by law.

4) Communication and safety

The Platform may include chat or messaging features to help Users communicate. You are responsible for your communications and for meeting safely. Azifo does not guarantee the identity, quality, safety, legality, or availability of any Listing or User. Always verify Listings and Users, use safe meeting practices, and follow local safety guidance.

5) Safety Tips

• Meet in a public place and, if possible, bring a friend.

• Inspect the item carefully before paying.

• Avoid advance payments and avoid sharing sensitive personal information.

• Use the in-app chat when possible and keep records of conversations.

• Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true.

• Do not click suspicious links or share verification codes.

• For high-value items, choose a safe meeting point and confirm details before meeting.

• Report suspicious users or listings using the Report feature.

6) Optional phone number visibility

If you choose to display a phone number or other contact details in your Listing, you understand that it may be visible to other Users and may be used to contact you. You are responsible for the contact information you publish and for any communications you receive.

7) Fees and paid features (if applicable)

Some features may be paid (for example, promoted Listings). If you purchase a paid feature, the price and applicable terms will be shown before you complete payment. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or activated.

8) Third-party links and services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9) Intellectual property

Azifo and its logos, design, and software are owned by Azifo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use Azifo branding without permission.

10) Disclaimers

Azifo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Platform will be error-free. We do not guarantee that Users will complete transactions or that Listings are accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azifo disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azifo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, Azifo’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Azifo for paid services in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $0 if none).

12) Termination

You may stop using Azifo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Platform and Users. We may also remove or restrict Content at our discretion for safety and compliance.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
